Refund & Returns Policy

At Rustic & Real Designs LLC, we take pride in creating quality handcrafted products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Because custom items are created specifically for each customer, we cannot restock or resell them.
Apparel Sizing & Print-on-Demand Items
Some apparel products may be fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand production partners.
Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing an order. Because apparel items are often made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection.
If an apparel item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can help resolve the problem.
Colors and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment material, and production processes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Replace the item
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
- Offer store credit
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once work has started on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellations may not be possible.
Color, Grain & Handmade Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood. Variations in:
- Wood grain
- Knots
- Texture
- Stain absorption
- Paint appearance
- Engraving depth
are normal and part of the character of handmade products.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package appears lost in transit, we will do our best to assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
