3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors submitted by customers
  • Incorrect names, dates, or customization details provided during checkout
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate order information

Because custom items are personalized specifically for the customer, custom and personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in production.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, or events outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
