Order Processing Times

Many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced specifically for each customer.

Typical processing times are:

  • Handmade wood products: 3–10 business days
  • Custom or personalized items: 5–14 business days
  • Apparel and print-on-demand items: 2–7 business days

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout when available.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as:

  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Product type
  • Fulfillment location

Promotional free shipping offers, if available, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Because certain items may be handmade in-house while others are fulfilled through print-on-demand or production partners, products in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Customers will receive tracking information when available.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • Please contact us as quickly as possible
  • We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters production or ships
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.

Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delivery delays

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable on certain products.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Import charges

Rustic & Real Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
